Layback inside out 39″ longboard review
The layback inside out is perfect for cruising down the street, ripping up the parks or slashing ditches ( for those of you who still do stuff like that). The layback also has a really wide wheelbase making for smooth, long turns that feel like you’re surfing on the sidewalk. Another thing I like about the layback cheap longboards are they’re really versatile you can really use it for anything except for extreme downhill.
The inside out comes with san clemente trucks and wheels but I highly recommend buying some quality trucks and wheels. for trucks I recommend getting some bombers, chargers, missions, or sidewinders. As for wheels I recommend sector 9′s, abec 11′s or orangutangs or any wheel in a 60mm or higher for that matter. The inside out also comes with abec 5 bearings but I highly recommend getting some reds, they’re only 10$ more and they’re the best you can get for the price unless of course you really want to rip through the streets then i suggest getting some ceramics of any kind.
layback happy hour 38.5″ longboard
The Layback happy hour longboards are perfect for cruising and carving and even some mild downhill due to it’s large wheelbase. The Layback as said earlier has a longer wheelbase then most short boards which makes for long, smooth, creamy turns. The happy hour is also perfect for ditches and rougher places if you equip it with larger wheels (for people like me who actually still do ditches and wanna ride the rough stuff). I recommend the happy to hour to any beginner due to it being so versatile.

Layback rising sun 36″ longboard review
The layback rising sun longboards is perfect for cruising the streets, tearing up the back, slashing ditches, and even downhill and slalom if you feel you can do it with one of these little guys (although i don’t recommend the downhill or slalom). The rising sun is also has a small wheelbase which makes it really nice for riding through the streets and weaving through traffic. The rising sun is also great simply because of it’s size it can easily be stored anywhere and doesn’t carry much weight which makes it perfect for students or people that wanna walk around town with a board as well without having too much strain on the arms.

Layback flaming lip 36″ longboard
The Layback flaming lip longboards is perfect for cruising, slashing ditches, and ripping up the parks. Just Bamboo It
Although bamboo has been utilized by Asian cultures for centuries, it’s just beginning to recognize global ubiquity. The chow mien you order every Friday from your favorite Chinese restaurant probably contains some stir-fried bamboo shoots. Or that new shiny hardwood floor in your neighbor’s house? That could be bamboo. Just the other day I was shopping around online and found bamboo longboards.
Many animals around the world, including humans, use bamboo. The giant panda and the red panda depend on bamboo for their survival. Bamboo isn’t very nutritious, so both the giant and the red panda have to eat more than 4,500 kg of bamboo each year. Throughout history, bamboo has remained one of the most used plants in the world. The fiber in a bamboo stem is so strong that bamboo can be used to construct bridges and buildings.
Layback Classic 36″ longboard review
The Layback Classic 36″ longboards is perfect for cruising around town, slashing ditches, and carving at the park, it’s wheelbase is a might short for anything other than that though. Another thing I really like about the Layback is it’s size, you can store it just about anywhere. The layback also has a super short wheelbase which makes it great for really tight turning and excellent response.

Longboards for Beginners
If you’ve never purchased a longboard before, it can be a daunting undertaking. From the wheels and bearing to the deck and trucks, the list of variables to consider is extensive. And for those with little experience on a longboard, the hardness of the wheels and tightness of the trucks are undoubtedly foreign concepts.
It doesn’t make sense then to take to the time to customize every aspect of your board when you don’t even know how to discern between different parts. For beginners, the best option is usually to buy a complete longboard. These models come ready-to-ride, so you don’t have to spend hours researching which components you want. Once you have some riding experience under your belt and get a better grasp of your style, you can make upgrades and invest in parts that are catered to your needs.
