sector 9 ours bamboo longboard
The sector 9 ours bamboo longboard is great for carving and getting around town or carving at the park. The ours comes with wheel cutouts to help prevent the chance of wheelbite. The ours also has a short wheelbase for weaving through traffic, taking those sharp 90 degree sidewalk turns, or the coolest carves at the park ever. The ours is also made of bamboo which grows 4 feet a week and is the best substitute for wood for the environment. I recommend the ours to anyone looking to make the commute to work or carve the parks.
The ours comes with san clemente trucks and wheels but I recommend getting some new trucks and wheels, the san clemente’s are fine but they wear out fast and you will probably find yourself at the shop looking for new ones after a month or two. For trucks on this board I recommend chargers or maybe even sidewinders, I’m not sure about the sidewinders on this one though because they might give the board wheelbite (that can be fixed easily with risers however). The ours also comes with abec 5 bearings but I highly recommend buying some reds to replace these, the reds are only 10$ extra and are worth every penny.
the sector 9 shipsterns longboard review
The sector 9 shipsterns longboard is superb for carving, and cruising, but the wheelbase is a might short for downhill unless you’re doing slalom. The shipsterns comes with wheel cutouts to help prevent wheelbite on those long or tight turns (which trust me you don’t want happening no matter what you’re doing). The shipsterns also has a longer wheelbase which makes for longer and smoother than most boards it’s size. The shipsterns was also designed to help the environment by making it out of bamboo which grows 4 feet in a week unlike trees that grow 4 feet…in months.
The shipstern comes with san clemente trucks and wheels but I highly suggest customizing to your liking with some our premium trucks and wheels. For trucks I recommend getting the gullwing sidewinders or chargers, but I think the sidewinders would be the best bet for this board. For wheels I recommend getting some sector 9′s in a 70mm or higher, with these you can traverse almost any terrain. The shipsterns comes with abec 5 bearings but I highly suggest buying some reds, they’re only 10$ more and can outrun just about any bearing until the 30-40$+ range, If you really want to go speeding through the parks, streets, etc. I recommend getting the sector 9 ceramics.

sector 9 ghost tree longboard review
The sector 9 ghost tree longboard is perfect for carving, cruising, and downhill and to top it all off it’s made of bamboo which is not only great for the environment but is just as efficient as maple. The ghost tree also has wheel cutouts to help prevent wheelbite and no matter what you’re doing…wheelbite sucks. The ghost tree also has a long wheelbase for long smooth turns this also helps eliminate wheelbite. I recommend the ghost tree to anyone looking for a great all around board.
the ghost tree comes with san clemente trucks and wheels but I suggest customizing your board with some of our premium trucks and wheels. For trucks I recommend buying sidewinders for cruising/carving and chargers/bombers if you’re gonna cruise/downhill. For wheels I suggest buying sector 9′s, orangutangs, or gumballs, anything in a 70mm or higher. The ghost tree also comes with abec 5′s but I HIGHLY suggest paying the extra 10$ for reds.
sector 9 teahupoo longboard review
The sector 9 teahupoo longboard is great for carving, or making the commute to work. The teahupoo comes with wheel cutouts that help prevent wheelbite which blows if you’re doing ANYTHING. the teahupoo also has a long wheelbase which not only reduces wheelbite because it makes turns longer and smoother (which means the wheels won’t come s close to the board as a board with a short wheelbase). Not to mention this board is made of bamboo which grows 4 feet a week! I recommend this board to anyone who wants a superb board for getting around and carving and want to help the environment doing it!
The teahupoo comes with san clemente trucks and wheels but I recommend selecting from some of our premium trucks and wheels to customize your board with. For trucks I recommend sidewinders, these are extremely responsive and are perfect for the park or the streets. For wheels I recommend sector 9′s in a 70mm or higher anything smaller will make you catch on rocks (which isn’t fun). For bearings the board comes with abec 5′s but I suggest getting some reds, they’re only 10$ more but are way better if you don’t buy anything except board, please at least get these with it, they make all the difference.
Sector 9 city crusher new york longboard review
The sector 9 city crusher new york longboard is one of the best boards out right now for cruising, due to it’s lightness, and flexibility. The city crusher is super light making it easy to carry around the market or if there’s terrain you can’t go over (or don’t want to go over) such as, grass or dirt you can carry it past all that with ease. The city crusher is also very flexible for such a small board, it’s perfect for those long rides unlike riding a stiff board it flows with the movement of your body and is a lot easier on your standing leg. I recommend the city crusher to anyone looking for the perfect cruiser.
The city crusher comes with san clemente trucks and wheels but I suggest selecting some of our premium trucks to customize your board with. The san clemente trucks and wheels are great for beginners but the better you get (or if you’re already good) you will probably want to head to the shop right away and get some new trucks and wheels, I suggest saving some money and just getting the optimal equipment from the start. For trucks I recommend gullwing chargers these trucks are perfect as they aren’t too responsive and with the city crushers short wheelbase a truck that is too responsive will send you flying all over the place. For wheels I suggest buying some sector 9′s, orangutangs, or gumballs, anything in a 75mm or higher. For bearings, the city crusher comes with abec 5′s but if you buy anything I highly suggest buying reds, they’re only 10$ more but are 20 times better than the abec 5′s that comes with it.
Sector 9 city crusher san francisco
The sector 9 city crusher san francisco is perfect for cruising, it’s super thin and made for big wheels. The city crusher also has a super short wheelbase for sharp, precise turning which is perfect for weaving through traffic and making tight corners. The city crusher is also super lightweight making carrying this around town or through the market lighter then the case of whatever it is you drink in the other hand.
The city crusher comes with san clemente trucks and wheels but I suggest customizing your board with some of our premium trucks and wheels, although the san clemente’s are great for beginners but even then it’s always nice to have the best. For trucks I highly recommend buying chargers for this board any other truck would be too responsive. As for wheels I recommend sector 9′s, gumballs, or orangutangs, anything in a 75mm or higher. The city crusher also comes with abec 5′s but I recommend paying the extra 10$ for the reds they’re the best for the price and about 20x better then the abec 5′s.
Sector 9 city crusher seattle longboard
The sector 9 city crusher seattle longboard is perfect for cruising and mild carving, it’s very thin which makes it easy to throw on some 80mm wheels with no wheelbite and it’s flexible to make those long rides a breeze. The city crusher also has an extremely short wheelbase for extremely tight turns and responsiveness. I recommend the city crusher to anyone looking for the perfect little cruiser.
The city crusher comes with san clemente trucks and wheels however I suggest choosing from some our more reliable trucks and wheels, the san clemente’s are great for beginners but in the long run the things I’m about to suggest will be worth it. For Trucks I recommend chargers because this board is really responsive and a truck that has too much response would be ineffective because the board is already extremely responsive. As for wheels I suggest buying some sector 9 wheels in 75mm or higher. The city crusher also comes with abec 5 bearings but I recommend buying reds instead of these, they’re only 10$ more but 20 times more effective.
city crusher sydney longboard review
The city crusher sydney longboard is the perfect cruiser, whether you’re making the commute to work or just wanna cruise through the park, the sydney will get you from get from point a to point b. The sydney has a short wheelbase too for weaving through traffic and turning those sharp, sidewalk corners at high speeds. I recommend the sydney to anyone looking for a superb cruiser.
The city crusher comes with san clemente trucks and wheels but I highly recommend choosing from some of our premium trucks and wheels that we have to offer. For trucks I recommend getting some chargers these are not as sensitive when it comes to turning as some trucks, too much sensitivity on this board will send you flying. For wheels I suggest buying some sector 9 wheels in a 75mm or higher. Instead of using the regular abec 5 bearings that come with this board I suggest buying some reds they’re only 10 dollars more but they’re 20 times more effective.
sector 9 city crusher tokyo longboard review
The sector 9 city crusher tokyo longboard is perfect for cruising through town and mild carving. The city crusher has a very small wheelbase for short and precise turning for weaving through traffic and dodging potholes. The sector 9 city crusher was made for super huge wheels and is actually instead of having wheel cutouts is extremely thin and lightweight. I recommend the city crusher to anyone looking for a cruiser.
The sector 9 city crusher comes with our basic san clemente trucks and wheels but I highly recommend buying our premium trucks and wheels. For wheels I suggest sector 9′s, orangutangs, or gumballs anything in a 75mm or higher, the city crusher series was made for rediculously large wheels. For trucks I recommend chargers, they’re great for getting around the city, I wouldn’t suggest getting sidewinders for this though because you can easily lose control with the short wheelbase and super sensitive trucks. The board comes with abec 5′s but I suggest buying some reds they’re only 10$ more and they’re definitely worth it.
