The staple in the sector 9 longboard series has been the sector nine bomb hills longboard for years. This year it was nicked the “BHNC” for bomb hills not countries. This longboard is long, stiff, fast, and great for beginner riders, someone looking for ultimate down hill riding, or just the bigger riders that want stability, speed, and an easy ride. The sector nine bhnc longboard is 10″ wide and 46″ long. It has a longer wheelbase that makes for smooth flowing carves. It has a good amount of concave to allow for harder turns and a good feel on your feet. It comes in 3 colorways this time around; yellow, blue, and green.
The sector 9 bhnc longboard should be set up with 10″ gullwing charger trucks that fit perfectly for this style longboard. I would go with 70mm sector 9 wheels, and a basic abec 5 bearing. The overall cost for this board is amazing for the super smooth ride it creates. You can easily customize it for your riding style to fit your needs. The bhnc longboard should definitely be an option for your next sector 9 longboard.
Sector 9 Bullet Longboard Review
The new fall 2009 sector 9 longboards are now available. One of the coolest new boards has to be the sector 9 bullet longboard. The bullet is a great all around longboard. It is a good down hill board, great for carving, and is also an amazing cruiser that flys effortlessly down the streets. The top mounted trucks allow for a very stable balanced ride. For the best performance set this board up with the gullwing charger trucks in 10″ size. The wheelbase is perfect for all around style riding and makes for smooth carving turns. It has a mellow concave that fits pefectly to your feet.
The sector 9 bullet longboard should be set up wtih 10″ gullwing charger trucks for optimal turning and smooth riding. This is one of the best boards in the platinum series line up so set it up with some sector 9 platinum bearings to get a fast smooth bearing that will last a long time. Personally I would recommend the 70mm sector 9 race formula wheels in either color or the orangatang wheels that are super popular and highly recommended by all!
