Arbor Kelly Slater Longboard

Arbor Longboard Kelly Slater - Complete
Sustainably Sourced Hardrock Maple Plys - Maple provides the best blend of durability and light-weight performance. It’s also redially available and affordable, allowing Arbor Longboards to offer a price point that is uncommonly low for an eco-product.
Sustainably Sourced Koa Finish Ply - Koa’s dense grain adds structure, which improves return, while providing a unique pattern on each skate and true heritage. Koa wood was used by the Hawaiians to build the 1st surfboards 1,000 years ago.
Recycled Glass - Crushed recycled glass is used in our clear re-grip to replace highly processed grip tapes - allows the natural grain to remain visible, while providing better performance than the silica bead-based alternatives.
Water-Based Finishes - All Arbor Longboards are produced using a water-based sanding sealer and final finish as the best way to help protect the air we all breath, especially when skating…
Recycled Plastic Risers - All Arbor Longboard Completes are shipped with recycled plastic risers, which helps both Arbor and our customers reduce our reliance on petroleum and contribution to land fills.
Reclaimed Wood By-product - all wood by-product created during the production of our skates is reclaimed for use in other Arbor products or by outside companies, which helps stretch a key resource, while reducing the strain on land fills and forests.

Arbor Skate Longboard Company

Arbor Skateboards released its first skateboards in ‘99. Since day one, the goal has been to use environmentally friendly, natural materials such as Arbor Koa Wood Longboards and Arbor Bamboo Wood Longboards to create a better made, better looking, better performing Arbor longboard. When we started, we were one of only a handful of companies talking about protecting the planet. That has finally changed.
Today, Arbor advocates the idea that you can’t just be “green” for the sake of being green. If it were that easy we’d all be wearing hemp. Choosing an environmentally friendly alternative should not involve sacrificing performance. Rather - you should expect improved design via eco-solutions accessed in responsible ways. This modern approach to environmental thinking and skate design is what Arbor Longboards are all about.
To that end, our eco-materials are chosen to improve the performance and style of our skateboards, while reducing the impact their production has on the planet. All of these natural materials, including our maple plys, are sustainably sourced. In addition, we reclaim the wood and bamboo by-product created during construction for use in other Arbor products or by outside companies.
Why your longboard is eco-friendly
Sector 9 PDP City Crusher Longboard PDP- Push Don’t Pollute
Here are just a few reasons why we should cruise our sector 9 longboards to work/school/everywhere.
1.) When gas burns, it turns into lots of carbon dioxide gas. Gasoline is mostly carbon by weight, so a gallon of gas might release 5 to 6 pounds of carbon into the atmosphere.
2.) The United States is releasing roughly 2 billion pounds of carbon into the atmosphere each day which is a main reason global warming has come into affect.
3.) The USA consumes about 9 million barrels of gasoline each day. The is nearly half of the total global consumption.
4.) The United States also consumes around 20 million barrels of oil in a day. A barrel contains 42 gallons and yields 20 gallons of gasoline after being refined. This equals around 400 million gallons of gasoline being consumed every day.
So remember to Push Don’t Pollute your way to work!

Sector 9 Longboards
Sector 9 Longboards are the most popular on the market and for good reason. They have the largest selection of shapes, styles, sizes and many more options such as fully constructed bamboo longboard decks. Sector 9 Complete Longboards are also made from materials such as carbon fiber and fiber glass. These models tend to have a camber and much more flex and feel much like riding a surfboard. They’re avaliable for purchase as a fully assembled board and also just as a deck. Sector 9 Longboard Decks range in sizes from 30inches all the way upto 54inches.
