Let’s face it, as girls we love bargains right! How many times have you bought a cheap pair of sunglasses for about$10.00 and the next day there broken? Well Von Zipper has a new style called the Trudie that is a little more pricey than $10.00, but a great alternative to girls that want sunglasses at a great price that are well made. The Von Zipper Trudie costs about $69.95, but this is really a great bargain because most sunglasses of this quality are well over $100.00.
Think about it this way, if you buy a pair of cheap jeans that fit ok you only wear them for a short amount of time. Instead of being cheap you pay just a little more for some jeans that you love, and they get worn for a longer period of time so you get your money’s worth. That is what the Von Zipper Trudie sunglasses are compared to the$10.00 sunglasses, you just get more “wear” out of them. I love the Von Zipper Trudie! Well we all know that Von Zipper makes great sunglasses, and they just came out with this new style called the Trudie and they are my favorite. This style of sunglasses has rounded frames that square off at the temples and they look great on square faces. If you have a square face you know how hard it is to find sunglasses that look the way you want.
The Trudie are actually not too expensive either. These glasses retail for about $70.00 and are very well made. All of Von Zipper’s sunglasses have 100% UV protection and are made from high-quality materials. I would have to say may favorite colorway in the Trudie is the white with a gradient lens. Electric Airheart Womens Sunglasses
The Electric Airheart are a great pair of sunglasses! The Airheart are wire framed and aviator style. The great thing about these glasses is they have clear nose pads. The nose pads add a lot of comfort, and you don’t have to worry about them making marks on your nose after wearing them for a while.
The Airheart is great for heart, square and round faces. These glasses are a great alternative to the oversize sunglass look, and they are made for a smaller face. The Electric Airheart womens sunglasses come in white, black, gold, and silver. These glasses retail for $110.00, but are worth the price because aviator glasses never go out of style.
Electric Hightone Womens Sunglasses Review
I love Electric sunglasses, they are well made and come in so many great styles! One new style from Electric is the Hightone. The Hightone has a 60′s inspired bubble mask frame and really great retro looking arms. These glasses have 100% UV protection so don’t worry laides they are cute and functional.
The Hightone retail’s for $109.95, but believe me they are well worth the money. The Electric Hightone womens sunglasses come in black, tortoise shell, harlot stripe, matte purple, and spanish moss. My favorite colorway is the matte purple because it’s just so much different than anything I have seen. These glasses look great on heart, oval and round face shapes. Go out and get yourself a pair!
Electric Velveteen Womens Sunglasses
I have the Electric Velveteen in purple fade and I love them! Electric makes very well made sunglasses. The Velveteen has a butterfly shaped frame and really uniquely styled arms. These glasses are definitely in the oversized category, but they aren’t too big. The Electric Veveteen looks great on just about any face shape and comes in some really great colorways.
You will find the Veveteen in black, white, tortoise, purple fade, candy blue, and candy apple. These glasses are great for driving because they really give you great coverage for blocking the sun. The Electric Velveteen womens sunglasses are 60′s inspired and very on trend for what is in right now. These glasses retail for $109.95 which is kind of expensive, but well worth it!
Sector nine barong mini longboard review
The sector nine barong mini longboard despite its size is great for cruising around and even for skating down at the local park. The barong has plenty of concave and a kicknose and tail for excellent control. The barong is also made of bamboo which is very stiff and durable, not to mention good for the environment! The barong has a very short wheelbase as well which gives you super sharp turns so you can turn on a dime. the Barong also comes with sector nine non-slip clear griptape.
The Barong comes with Stock san clementes but I suggest Independent trucks for this, since the board is so small longboard trucks aren’t the best option although still a viable one.I would suggest getting sector nine wheels nl]othing too big though or you may get wheelbite (which can throw you off of your board and make you eat poo). This little thing can fly down the street just like any other longboard, however you need the right bearings to do so so i suggest getting bones reds because they’re the best for price, or if you really want to get oging for some extra cash the sector nine ceramics. Spy Eliza Womens Sunglasses Review
The Eliza is my favorite style Spy has for women. The Eliza is a very classy looking pair of sunglasses. These glasses have a square frame and thick arms with great metal detailing on the sides. The Eliza is very well made, these are definitly not a pair of sunglasses you have to worry about breaking one day after having them.
The Eliza retail’s for around $130.00, comes with a warranty and soft carrying case. These glasses come in all kinds of great colors. The Spy Eliza womens sunglasses come in Black, White, Royal Purple Marble, Brown Marble, and many other colors. Spy also makes the Eliza with polarized lenses, but they are a little more expensive.

Electric makes really great sunglasses. They have so many styles to choose from. One of the most popular right now is the Varla. The Varla is well made and comes in a variety of colors. These glasses are a little pricey at $110.00 retail, but they are well worth it!
The Varla has an oval shaped frame and sheild like lenses with the electric logo on both arms. I have a square face shape and have a hard time finding sunglasses that look good, but the Bibidahl is perfect. The fact that the frames on these glasses are more rounded makes them a great fit for those of us with square face shapes.
